The Festival of Change is convened by TEACcH — a platform built to bridge world-changing ideas and the structures needed to execute them. FOC'26 marks our transition from a general social enterprise to a recognised Intelligence Hub and Principal Consultant in the development space.
What FOC is
A groundbreaking, inclusive event designed to challenge mindsets, inspire innovation, and reimagine Africa's future through dialogue, creativity, and collaboration. A platform for young people, policymakers, educators, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders across sectors to co-create practical solutions to Africa's most pressing socio-economic challenges.
What we believe
Africa's youth population is expected to double by 2050, reaching over 830M — the largest working-age population in the world. Government alone cannot absorb this growth. MSMEs have the unique capacity to act as the primary engine for social change and talent development. FOC'26 builds the bridges to make that real.
